2005 Cabernet Franc

Our Cabernet Franc is a medium bodied Bordeux style red. The complex aromas of plum and earth, with soft tannin on the finish, make this an excellent pairing with almost any meal; especially nice with grilled or roasted meats. 83% Cabernet Franc, 17% Merlot. Barrel aged. (Approximately 170 cases produced).

2006 Chardonnay Select

The 2006 Select has aromas of oak on the nose. Nicely balanced, the Select is aged for 9 months in 100% French oak barrels which gives this Chardonnay a pleasant acidity and smooth lingering finish. A great pairing with lobster or chicken off the grill. The Select is produced primarily from the oldest of our Chardonnay vines which were planted in 1983. (Approximately 125 cases produced).

Rosecliff Pinot Gris

The Pinot Gris grape has proven to grow beautifully on Aquidneck Island. This blend of two vintages has lovely aromas, delicate fruit flavors, is soft on the palate and has a very pleasant finish. Excellent with lighter meals, such as grilled seafood or summer salads. (Approximately 500 cases produced).

2005 Greenvale Chardonnay

A well-balanced wine, our 2005 Chardonnay is a dry, light wine with beautiful, fruity aromas. The wine has delicate fruit flavors characteristic of a cool climate Chardonnay grape and a pleasing oaky finish. The '05 is delicious by itself or with mild or light foods. It is a blend of barrel fermented Chardonnay and stainless steel fermented Chardonnay. (Approximately 234 cases produced).

2007 Greenvale Vidal Blanc

This grape is a wonderful French American hybrid that produces an extremely aromatic and pleasantly flavored wine. It is a delicious bright wine, especially good with ham, salads, cheeses, and spicy foods. Medium dry. Fermented in stainless steel. (864 cases produced).

Skipping Stone White

Skipping Stone is a blend of 90% Cayuga and 10% Vidal Blanc. Very light in color, the wine is aromatic with a bright, crisp, floral nose -- delicious and refreshing on the palate. Slightly off dry with a nice balance of sweetness and acidity. This wine is great by itself, with cheese, a simple meal and is also sensational with spicy foods. Fermented in stainless steel. (912 cases produced).

2006 Elms Meritage

Rhyming with "heritage", this 2004 vintage is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, two traditional varietals of Bordeaux. The wine is a medium bodied, dry red -- wonderful aromas of berry, smoke and subtle spice with a delicious, lingering finish. It is great by itself, as well as, with flavorful foods or dark chocolate. The Meritage blend is 55% Cabernet Franc, 41% Merlot and 4% Malbec. Barrel aged. (Approximately 149 cases produced).

2008 Chardonnay Select

The 2008 Select has soft, fruity aromas with a slightly oaky bouquet. This Old Vine Chardonnay is aged completely in French Oak for approximately 9 months, which balances the pleasant acidity with a smooth, long lingering finish. A great pairing with an entree such as lobster or scallops off the grill. The Old Vine Chardonnay is from the oldest of our Chardonnay grape vines, which were planted in 1983. (Approximately 352 cases produced).

2007 Greenvale Chardonnay

Vintage: 2007

Well balanced, our 2007 Chardonnay is a dry, bright wine with delicious fruit character, soft vanilla aromas and subtle butter in the finish. The '07 is satisfyling by itself while also complementing a mild or light meal. It is a blend of 52% French Oak barrel and 48% Stainless steel fermented Chardonnay.

2009 Greenvale Vidal Blanc

This grape is a wonderful French/American hybrid that produces an extremely aromatic and pleasantly flavored wine. It is fruit forward, with a clean crisp finish. Especially good with ham, salads, cheeses, and spicy foods. Medium dry. Fermented in stainless steel.
