2022 marks Greenvale’s first vintage of rosé, and we’re pleased to provide you with the first opportunity to taste it! This wine was produced by gently whole-cluster pressing Merlot fruit, to extract just a small amount of color and flavor from the its skins, which produced a beautiful hue. Aromatics include watermelon, white cherry, and hibiscus. On the palette, flavors burst with orange zest, red pepper flakes, and finishes with savory minerality—a delicious addition to your Spring-time dinner table!
