Double wine release party- Chardonnay & Pinot Gris

This Saturday 8/2 we release our Greenvale Chardonnay (50% oaked/ 50% unoaked) and Pinot Gris. We will have live jazz up at the winery with barrel tastings from 1-3pm. The Thirsty Boots Band will grace the tasting room stage and Rocket Food truck from 1-4pm.

Our 2024 Greenvale Chardonnay is a well balanced, dry, bright wine with flavors of nectarine and green apple, complimented by subtle notes of oak. 50% stainless steel aged and 50% oak barrel fermented.

The 2024 Pinot Gris is dry and crisp, with floral aromatics of honey dew melon an orange peel. This in vin blanc is produced by hand harvesting the fruit and allowing an overnight cold soak to occur inside the press. Fermented using indigenous yeast.
